The name Caterpillar’s Leaf comes from the fact that a leaf is the nourishment a caterpillar needs to turn into a butterfly. The goal of Caterpillar’s Leaf is to create an environment that nourishes children so they may turn into their own butterflies.  This is done by focusing on the development of children as a whole, including cognitively, linguistically, socially, emotionally, physically, and academically (aka, having a lot of fun and learning through play and exploration of the wondrous world!).
